The rooms are nice and clean and washrooms are also well maintained. The hotel is just about 2 km from Mahakaleshwar temple. The breakfast however is very average. The hotel does not provide hand towels in the washrooms for some reason so that's a bit inconvenient.

Mr kartacya ji is very help full nature and very politely Handel and hotel was very nice and restaurant is also gud in Service food is very tasty staff is very cooperative thanks you specially Mr kartavya sit he is very polite in nature hotel is very good my stay is very nice

I really don’t understand how cum the rating of the hotel is more than 4 star. The experience is pathetic, it doesn’t deserve even 1 star. Staff is rude. At swimming pool there are no towels…in fact no safety precautions…not even a sign mentioning height of the pool. No tea coffee maker in the room, you order tea and you’ll get dirty broken cups. You ask for extra towel they ask you to give the towels you already have in the room 😱. Linen all dirty…literally yellow linen. Extra bed mattress made out wood and thin sheet of foam. You’ll wake up with a back ache. The manager Mr Vijay Pal Singh has no idea how to respond to complaints. He feels helpless himself. All the other staff mostly walks around with deaf ear. I wish i had not gone by the reviews…they all seem to be either fake or influenced.

This hotel is the best place to enjoy an outstanding comfortable stay with the best treatment, every staff member is very kind the most special one is Zaheer! I was welcomed very warm :) we could talk for lots of hours more, even that would be not enough. The hotel offers you a pleasant stay from slippers to delicious food! Highly recommended ;) Ujjain is nr 1 Jai Shri Mahakaal!
